Our client is a leader in HR Outsourcing, Payroll & Benefits, Employee Policy Administration, Labour compliances, Payroll compliances and resource management which is headquartered in Bangalore, India and has operations in Singapore, Manila, Dubai, Guatemala, London and Brazil.

Scope
Testing the design and operating effectiveness of 7 Process controls & IT General Controls for specific period in their locations in India and certify them.

Project Description
The project was to conduct SSAE 16 Type II Audit and certify them. More than 4 such audits (biannual audit) have been conducted for 2 years consecutively so far.

Responsibility

• Interviewed the business process & IT owners to understand the control environment.
• Tested the BCP/DR Plan maturity and advised in building up the IT infrastructure DR steps.
• Tested the Design effectiveness of process & IT controls and collected evidences.
• Tested the operating effectiveness of the process & IT controls and collected evidences.
• Submitted the report with exceptions.
