Scope
Testing the design & operating effectiveness of Process controls & IT General Controls for specific period across all the locations in India and certify them.

Project Description

• The project was to conduct a SSAE16 Type II Audit at all their India locations and certify them. More than 2 audits (annual audit) have been conducted for 2 years so far.
• Responsibility
• Interviewed the business process & IT owners to understand the control environment
• Tested the BCP/DR Plan maturity and advised in building up the IT infrastructure DR steps.
• Tested the Design effectiveness of process & IT controls and collected evidences.
• Tested the operating effectiveness of the process & IT controls and collected evidences.
• Submitted the report with exceptions.
